Air Spraying Equipment
Air spraying is a spraying method that uses compressed air to atomize paint. It is widely used in automobiles, furniture and all walks of life. It can be said that it is a coating method for high-quality surfaces with convenient operation, easy color change, good atomization effect and fine decoration. The spray gun has simple structure and low price. It can adjust the spray shape (round or fan) and spray width (fan size) according to the shape and size of the workpiece to maximize the paint yield. So far, this spraying method is still popular.
However, the coating transfer efficiency of this spraying method is only 25% - 40%, and the wavy spray is often prone to rebound and overspray. It not only wastes paint, but also causes considerable pollution to the environment. Because the coating is in direct contact with the compressed air, it is required to purify the compressed air. Otherwise, the water and oil in the compressed air will be mixed with the coating, which will cause the coating to produce bubbles, whiteness and loss of light. Therefore, it is necessary to add water and gas separation devices such as separation adsorption filter or freeze drying filter in the compressed air pipeline to purify the compressed air, especially when the air humidity in the south and rainy season is high.
