1. The automatic spray gun sometimes produces oil and sometimes does not produce oil

The main problem is that the air pressure is not enough, and the pipe selection should not increase the size of the air pipe, or increase the pressure of the air inlet of the spray gun switch. It is best to use a pressure regulating valve to control it.

2. The atomized particles of the automatic spray gun are large

If the atomization air pressure is not enough, choose a large diameter trachea, or increase the air pressure.

3. Only one automatic spray gun can be opened or only one or several of them can be opened when multiple spray guns are operating at the same time, and all of them cannot work normally.

The power of the air compressor is not enough, or the volume of the air storage tank is not enough, increase the power of the air compressor or use a larger volume of the air storage tank. It is also possible that the size of the main trachea is not enough, and the size of the main trachea is appropriately increased.

In fact, most of the problems are caused by the layout or size of the pipeline, which is the reason why the gas is not in place. Generally, after selecting the right automatic spray gun, you should refer to its rated gas consumption to select the right gas pipe.
