Working environment: The traditional polishing process has a harsh working environment, producing sand, iron filings, dust, etc. during the polishing process, which seriously pollutes the environment;
Processing efficiency: manual polishing; The Hauckener process belongs to the process of using cars instead of grinding, with a linear speed of 50-80 m/min and a feed rate of 0.2-0.5mm/r, which is equivalent to the efficiency of semi precision turning.
Material consumption: Polishing requires the consumption of auxiliary materials such as polishing wheels, abrasives, and abrasive belts;
Adaptability: Polishing can process simple surfaces such as flat surfaces, but cannot process curved surfaces. If processing complex surfaces such as R-arcs and curved surfaces, the Hauckener polishing process can be used.
