1. After each work, the spray gun should be washed carefully, especially every hole of the nozzle and hood.

2. Perform a thorough cleaning (remove the nozzle, hood, needle) before leaving get off work every day. When cleaning the air holes, it is strictly forbidden to use hard steel wire (such as: pins, paper clips, etc.) to avoid deformation of the air holes, and slight deformation will affect to the fog effect. It is recommended to use a special cleaning kit for SATA.

3. After the spray gun is cleaned, lubricate all detachable friction parts with SATA special lubricating oil, and be careful not to apply it to the front end of the gun needle.

4. When dismantling and installing the three-piece nozzle set, the procedure of "replacement of nozzle set" should be strictly followed. If the operation procedure is violated, it is easy to cause phenomena such as nozzle bursting.

5. The three-piece nozzle set shall not be arbitrarily exchanged with other nozzle sets of the same model, and one of the components shall not be replaced alone.

6. When adjusting the hood, the word "SATA" on the hood must not be inverted. Otherwise, the uniformity of the spray pattern may be affected.

7. It is recommended to install an air pressure gauge at the tail of the automatic spray gun to adjust and control the spraying air pressure. The stability of the air pressure can ensure that the spray color is uniform and the thickness of the paint film is consistent.

8. It is strictly forbidden to immerse the whole gun in the cleaning solvent, so as to prevent the solvent from entering the air pipe of the spray gun and causing damage to the spray gun.

9. If the spraying air pressure is too low, the orange peel pattern of the paint film will be serious and the atomization will be poor; if the air pressure is too high, the phenomenon of "dry spraying" of the coating will occur, the gloss of the paint film will decrease or the adhesion of the paint will decrease, and the atomization will not Uniform phenomenon (the paint with two turbulent sprays is more than the middle part, that is, the phenomenon of "lifting bars" and "clouding" that is often said).

10. Check the tightness of each component before each work or after cleaning. Especially the fixing bolt of the spray air pressure adjustment knob.

11. Keep the air holes of the gun pot cover unobstructed, otherwise the flow of paint will be small.

12. The plastic leak-proof ring in the gun pot should be kept intact. If it is broken, it should be replaced immediately to avoid the paint dripping from the pot mouth.

13. If compressed air leaks from the air nozzle at the rear of the gun, the air connector and nozzle of the same specification should be replaced immediately. It is strictly forbidden to use paper tape or other similar objects to replace the seal, so as to prevent the tape debris from entering the air pipe of the spray gun. Causes clogging of gun air passages.

14. When using a SATA digital spray gun, the battery box must not be opened unless the battery is replaced! Every time the battery box is opened, the entire battery set must be replaced. If you use the used battery box sealing cover, the battery will not be sealed tightly, and the product will not be entitled to warranty.

15. It is strictly forbidden to use ultrasonic cleaning spray gun.

16. The automatic spray gun is strictly prohibited to spray alkaline paint and abrasive spray materials (such as lead and liquid steel sand, etc.).

17. The solvent used for spraying and cleaning the spray gun is strictly prohibited to use slightly acidic or alkaline liquids (such as recycling and regenerating solvents), otherwise it is easy to cause corrosion and damage to the spray gun parts.
