A pneumatic spray gun is a tool that uses compressed air to spray paint or coatings. Its working principle is as follows:
1. Compressed air enters the spray gun: By connecting the air source pipeline, compressed air is introduced into the interior of the spray gun.
2. Coating supply: The coating is transported to the nozzle inside the spray gun through a coating tank or other container.
3. Mixing compressed air with paint: When compressed air enters the nozzle, the paint is simultaneously sprayed out. Mix compressed air and paint at the nozzle to form a gas-liquid mixture.
4. Spraying process: When the operator presses the trigger or switch, compressed air pushes the mixture out of the nozzle, forming small mist like paint particles that are sprayed onto the target surface.
5. Spray adjustment: By adjusting parameters such as the air output of the spray gun, nozzle diameter, and nozzle distance, the amount, scope, and quality of the sprayed coating can be controlled to meet the coating requirements of different workpieces.
