How Does An Air Gun Work

The working principle of the air spray gun is actually very simple, that is, the use of compressed air to disperse the liquid substance, so as to atomize the liquid. When the air spray gun is working, it generally flows through the air nozzle of the spray gun at a high flow rate with the working pressure of 0.3Mpa-0.6Mpa compressed air, forming a local vacuum around the nozzle, and the paint is sucked into the vacuum space by the compressed air, atomizing the paint into small droplets, and coating on the surface of the coated part to form a continuous coating film.

These SK-300 spray guns are fantastic! Love the no oring design, less leakage and easy maintenance. The atomization is perfect for automotive painting. Highly recommend!
