1. External mixed air cap

Compressed air and paint are mixed in the internal cavity of the air cap before discharge. This type of air cap is called an internal mixed air cap.

The internal mixing air cap can only be used for pressure conveying paint systems, although the spray uniformity of the paint is poor, but it can atomize high viscosity coatings such as glue and building thick paste.

The nozzle end of the air cap of the siphon type air spraying is protruding from the surface of the air cap and can be touched by the finger. The nozzle end face of the air cap for pressure air spraying is on the same plane as the surface of the air cap.
