Installation of C-type joint:
When purchasing C-type connectors, pay attention to confirming the self-locking type. Generally, the default is female self-locking (single circuit open close type)
According to the self-locking type, there are three main categories, namely, whether the quick connector remains sealed after being pulled out
Open and close type at both ends: both male and female connectors can be self-locking, and there is no air leakage at both ends when pulled out. Both male and female gas can be blocked by the valves inside the connectors at both ends
Open type at both ends: both male and female heads are not self-locking, causing air leakage when pulled out, and need to be used in conjunction with the valve
3. Single circuit open/close type: female head self-locking, automatically closed after female head is pulled out, and male head remains normally open
For the type of female self-locking, the gas pipe of the female head should be connected to the air source. When using, pull out the male head and lock the female head without air leakage
For high pressure operations, it is still recommended to close the air source valve before pulling out the male connector
