CYL: Control the switch of the spray gun, control the closing of the needle through the solenoid valve, the oil will be released when ventilated, and the power will be closed when the power is off.

CAP: Atomization control, the effect of atomization is controlled by the air pressure regulator. When the paint flow is larger, it is necessary to increase the atomization air pressure.

FAN: Width adjustment is also fan-shaped adjustment. Adjusting its size can change the size of the fan-shaped. There are adjustment knobs on the sub-spray gun for adjustment, and there are also remote pressure regulating valves to adjust.

First, open CLY and adjust the air pressure range to 0.3Mpa-0.5Mpa to keep the air pressure stable. Then it is necessary to adjust the air pressure of the CAP according to the size of the existing flow, until the atomization of the automatic spray gun is uniform and fine, and the atomization at this time is conical. The last step is to adjust the air pressure of the FAN to suit the width. Of course, when we actually work, we also need to reasonably arrange the flow and air pressure according to the spraying requirements of the current product.
