According to Pistorius, Germany's weapons inventory is very limited and it is impossible to give everything out. Next, Germany needs to replenish its own weapons inventory, which will take several years and will not be able to provide external weapons support until at least 2030.

Kuleba believes that this view is very dangerous for Kiev, and he is worried that some Western people will try to create something of the 'Minsk Agreement 3.0' nature in the future, forcing Kiev to return to the negotiating table.
Russia and Ukraine had previously agreed on conditions for the return negotiations, and Zelensky demanded that the Russian army withdraw from Ukraine and return all territories; On the other hand, Moscow earlier expressed its willingness to negotiate without preconditions.
